Ookie manx, just queued alot of projects in 1 go. *grinx* Yeah I know, I can't possibly start on them all at the same time, but am simply too lazy to place them up as I start. Am hoping that I can rush on the Popcorn kit for a friend's upcoming bday & finish the "Bears In Love" design before Valentine's Day. *nod nod* Itz gonna be a gift for someone I know... but I ain't telling who. If there's sufficient time, there's one more V-Day's gift to do - the "Hearts Sampler" in the latest issue of Cross Stitcher... and of coz, that'll be given away too. But if time doesn't allow, I'll just do a nice little card instead. As for the Aquarius kit & "Partners In Crime", will get them started on after the priorities are done up. Ain't in a rush to get those done, as they simply gonna be up on my walls, so will just work on them concurrently as and when... with mini projects in between of coz! =) Will probably clear up the Aquarius one 1st coz the empty frame is looking weird on the wall.
Gah!! My dad has yet to get the Chinese stork design framed. Wonder how much does a customized frame cost siahx. Hopefully it ain't too ex manx. Wouldn't want him to spend too much on it. But guess it'll look great in the house. Can't wait to see it when itz finally hanged up. Will wanna do a home sampler as a nxt gift for them, created using various motifs frm the mags. There's gonna be mum, dad, me, my bro & of coz ah meow!! Got the inspiration while browsing thru' Cross Stitcher on my way home.
Yeah Cross Stitcher 183 is simply great!! Tons of captivating designs... or rather, tons of designs that I like. Will just place them in my to-do list. Let's see... the nxt to-stitch for event coming up after Valentine's Day should be my mum's bday on the last day of April. Great!! Means I've got probably sufficient time to do up something bigger than the little card I did for her last year. Might just combine it with a Mother Day's gift since the 2 dates are like only a fortnight apart. Yah lah... I dun have so much time lah. LoL
Hmm I wonder how is the next issue of Q&E gonna look like. Apparently they are having a makeover - gonna include papercraft stuff along with cross stitch. Hmm to be frank, am not too excited over that, coz I never had an interest in papercraft. I hate glue, ookie? LoL but ah well, since my subscription has yet to end... will just see how it goes. If I decide that Q&E ain't worth getting in future, I'll just place a subscription for another mag when the time comes. Maybe The World of Cross Stitching or Cross Stitch Crazy. Damn. I just wish I had the $$ to get all of them, and Cross Stitch Collection as well. The upcoming issue of Cross Stitch Collection has this Egyptian design that iz gorgeous loh. Will see if I can spare the cash for it.
*cough* Wonder if I'll ever complete them all. Same problem I have with my PS2 RPGs - get get get, but nvr have enuff time to do.
